The OpEx Data Tech Manager is accountable for team level resource, application and financial management. This includes solution delivery, ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards are met and the application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews).
Manages ~10 employees and contractors
Sets maturity objectives and enables individuals/teams to with training & resources to achieve them.
Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives
Facilitates performance and career development of individuals through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills.
Understands individual and team maturity and performance through team/client feedback.
Manages relationships with business and technology partners.
Proven leadership in coordination efforts across multi-business unit stakeholders
Strong communication skills, able to simply and concisely communicate complex information
Strong data & business-centric mindset with ability to utilize sound judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes

Enterprise Role Overview:
Directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and administrative activities of the Systems Architecture section. Develops, plans and schedules the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of the corporate systems architecture including the applications, data, and infrastructure architectures and assures that this architecture is integrated with the business area architectures and data governance. Assures that the corporate architecture is consistent with disaster recovery plan objectives. Develops reports and presentations on infrastructure products and new technology for all levels of management and technical staff. Coordinates the development of the overall project plans and timetables. Manages budget, monitors progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Provides input on policy issues.
