As an Operations Specialist with Company you will provide exceptional customer service, perform function-specific, day-to-day operations tasks. You will support branches through review and documentation of multiple critical functions and respond to inquiries for procedures and compliance.
As anOperations Specialistwith Company you will have the opportunity to:
Provide support for specific retail operational areas, including Procedures and Communications
Administer function-specific systems related to Dormant, Foreign Exchange, International Wires and Cash Services
Identify opportunities for process improvements and incorporate them with positive results
Provide telephone and e-mail support to internal clients
Responsible for participating in critical problem-solving issues and projects
Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations
Education & Certifications
High School diploma or GED required
Associate degree preferred
1 or more years of clerical, bank, and/or client service experience with retail banking or operations exposure (and/or demonstrated ability) required
Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem solving skills. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail required
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring critical deadlines are met
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to positively influence others
Work independently with little direct supervision while effectively managing time and resources
Proficient in advanced aspects of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations relative to deposit accounts and bank operations
