The position includes processing death claim payments, part-time quality review and possibly escheatment.

Your contribution at Company
As a contributor at Company you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of Company’s business.
Provides death claim forms (packets) to beneficiaries upon notification of a claim, including appropriate required state forms; reviewing completed returned forms/death certificates and completing claim by either issuing check or recording and updating the file for spousal continuation when all proper steps are completed.
Provide correspondence, answer claim questions for both internal and external clients; research various data bases for missing beneficiary information or unclaimed funds. Applicant will be responsible for meeting established production levels with an appropriate accuracy level.
Ensure each client interaction provides stellar quality service with established standards.
What we are looking for
1 to 2 years of clerical experience with heavy data entry skills and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work overtime with little notice due to requirements of processing standards and workload.
Strong knowledge of financial product lines preferred.
