Under general supervision, candidate will provide operational backroom and clerical support related to the Company credit card products. The research and support of daily processes will be conducted using numerous bank systems such as Customer Information System (CIS), Deposits system (Hogan), automated workflow system (PEGA /PSON), online report viewing (SAR), check image archive (Check Vision), general ledger web, First Data Card system.
High School diploma or GED required
1+ years’ experience using financial institution and third-party systems for plastics transactions and settlement required
A minimum of 1 years’ prior research experience in a customer service environment required
Demonstrated working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word) required
Strong communication skills as candidate will communicate verbally and in writing throughout the day with internal customers and representatives of a third-party service provider.
Team oriented and customer focused.
Candidate should be motivated to execute assigned task with minimal supervision.
Candidate should be detailed oriented and able to deliver the highest quality of customer service with the utmost accuracy every time.
Ability to adapt in a changing, fast-paced environment related to deadlines and requirements.
Prior experience servicing a credit/debit card product, a plus
