Administer and ensure compliance of key HR processes such as I-9, background investigation, regulatory reporting, and employee data management
Maintain system configuration for HR managed systems
Provide support and training to HR Field and Recruiting users to ensure systems procedures and business processes are understood and followed
Administer security and permissions to ensure appropriate access and accurate information is available to the right people at the right time
Publish accurate and timely standard reports
Assist in compiling information for reports
Perform audit/data checks and resolve issues in order to ensure data integrity
Create and manage documentation
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Ability to work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level
Demonstrated ability to engage in critical thinking by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Strong verbal and written skills needed for communication that is appropriate and effective for the needs of the audience
Attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
This position may require some overtime hours
