About the role
Champion best practice in the delivery of Company customer activity in a compliant, customer-first manner, ensuring adherence to the risk management framework
Coach and support the phone based consultants using appropriate coaching techniques
Implement and deliver all processes, policies and continuous improvement to deliver great customer outcomes in the most effective and efficient manner.
Deliver training and coaching to staff (including induction of new members, regular structured ongoing training and individual coaching)
Help embed a culture of compliance and operational excellence
Monitoring and supervision of activities with effective feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement
Respond to staff compliance and operational queries on a day-to-day basis
Build, maintain and update internal policies, processes and procedures
Prepare insightful and accurate reporting for relevant stakeholders
Undertake some call activity (as required) with customers to communicate the features and benefits of products, conduct NPS calls, be a point of escalation and implement customer remediation where necessary
Capabilities & Experience
Mandatory RG146 compliance e.g. Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent
Financial services industry experience with an emphasis on compliance (general advice, personal advice, credit assistance as relevant) and operational processes
Successful candidates must have experience in banking and in particular mortgages
