The Americas Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) team defines the operational risk framework for the region, which includes risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring. You will be supporting the team on key operational risk processes, such as the risk and control assessment (RCA), risk reporting, and stress loss projections (CCAR). Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen our management and assurance of operational risk data as vital input into these processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary contact to review internal and external historical losses and other operational risk data and information
Conduct data analysis and reporting on historical loss trends, loss event frequency, and variance analysis
Develop and maintain a data quality review process
Summarize your conclusions verbally and graphically for senior management
Assist in project management and documentation of key framework processes, such as the risk and control assessment
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor degree in quantitative field (mathematics, finance, statistics) or relevant experience in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and data modelling
Excellent Microsoft skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Superior attention to detail and self-motivated to improve existing manual processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, strong team player and self-motivated
