Company is looking for a passionate and dynamic Onboarding Specialist to join our Implementation team. You will be responsible to manage and coordinate new and existing client implementations for HSA Accounts, Reimbursement Accounts and Retirement Plan Provider solutions. You will be part of a fast moving, high volume team that collaborates with many cross-functional teams across the organization as well as external stakeholders, such as employers, brokers and Health Plan partners. A successful candidate will rely on their professionalism, attention to detail, relationship skills and will be adept at learning new products and services quickly in order to deliver remarkable results consistently. Onboarding Specialists are often the first Company Operational contact our clients encounter, and you set the stage for successful engagement!
What you’ll be doing
Managing and coordinating new and existing client implementations; being the conduit between the client, their broker, Company Sales, and several internal Company teams.
Acting as the primary contact for all issues and opportunities throughout the onboarding process. Provide ongoing updates for groups in onboarding as well as consulting with internal teams, health plans, brokers and sales to find the optimal solutions when necessary for groups to have a successful experience with Company
Clearly communicate processes, deliverables and next steps with employer groups, brokers, and health plan contacts to set realistic expectations and timelines
Developing great working relationships with internal team members and building ongoing relationships with health plan contacts and brokers to provide the best possible client experience
Collaborate internally and externally to build the foundation for understanding the functions of multiple internal teams and processes as well as external expectations that may affect the onboarding of a group.
Being a subject matter expert about the onboarding process as well as Company products, services and systems, specifically related to HSA, Reimbursement Accounts and Retirement Plan Provider solutions. Confidently knowing what we can and cannot do is essential, as well as knowing when to ask for help and with whom to engage
Accelerating company and team growth by thinking beyond the norm and contributing new ideas
Actively listening to our clients and asking probative questions to gather the information necessary to set up their plans, anticipating the client's needs, and identifying opportunities to drive client adoption of our product suite
Solving complex problems and providing professional coaching to our clients on effective use of our online tools
Exhibiting a passion for delivering superior client service by going above and beyond; doing whatever it takes to ensure each client contact is a positive, enjoyable experienc
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3 to 5 years of client service experience
Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail are critical for success in this position
Strong interpersonal communication skills, professional teaming and ability to appropriately influence others
Outstanding phone and presentation skills are a must
Track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service and a demonstrated ability to intuit customer needs
Ability to provide proper decision making for utilizing internal business capabilities to solve the client’s needs
Collaborative team player adept at developing internal and external relationships.
Self-motivated, well organized and able to handle a very large workload with varied products, processes and responsibilities to manage simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Technical aptitude to learn internal systems as required
Experience with financial health accounts preferred (HSA, FSA, and HRA administration)
Ability to manage stress during heavy workload periods, being adaptable to change and excited to take on new responsibilities and processes as Company grows services and offerings
