This position will perform assigned clerical duties with exactness and efficiency, meeting established deadlines. Reviews format and accuracy of printouts and distributes information within the department. Specific duties include assembling policy paperwork for the department as well as proofing for mailing out to policyholders.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review policies for accuracy.
2. Correctly mail completed policies to policy holders and agencies.
3. Assist policy assembly as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of experience in an office setting environment
Attention to detail
High School/GED education required
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:
Intermediate computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Some typing and data entry skills required
