Job Description Summary
This role part of the Occupancy Strategy and Planning (OS&P) team that supports the global real estate and facilities portfolio.
The role of the Occupancy Strategy Coordinator is to assist in day-to-day activities and provide tactical support as needed for occupancy planning initiatives. Interaction with lines of business may be required. The role partners closely with Lead Planners and the Data Integrity Specialist.
Including but not limited to:
Support preparation and distribution of occupancy presentations and reports including quarterly chargebacks, facility audits, quarterly business reviews, unassigned headcount, and capacity reports
Document and keep planning processes updated (Visio)
Manage team SharePoint site and structure
Manage and update tools and processes (PPT, Excel, Visio)
Support operational objectives for occupancy planners
Support client requests via occupancy planners (Planon)
