We are looking for a Business Marketing Associate that will be responsible for supporting B2B marketing efforts in the North American (NA) region, reporting into the Business Marketing Manager, NA.
You will help create compelling integrated marketing campaigns, inclusive of digital, social and experiential extensions to maintain our position as thought leaders in the NA advertising community.
Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do:
• Work with regional leads to identify challenges and solutions to best reach brands, media agencies and creative agencies through Company programs, produced in a cost effective and scalable way
• Support in development of quarterly / seasonal integrated campaigns, inclusive of digital, social and experiential elements
◦ Assist in maintaining regional digital channels, including but not limited to social, website, newsletter and proprietary sales tools
◦ Execute scalable digital programs to educate agency and brand teams about the Company for Brands offering, while tapping into their consumer love of Company
◦ Work with Business Marketing Experiences team to build out framework and strategy for industry tentpole events and exhibits (i.e. CES, Advertising Week, etc.), which can be translated to scalable local activations
◦ Execute local, culturally relevant activations that educate, inspire, and create evangelists within brands and agencies
• Ideate and produce all NA Company for Brands merchandise
• Help ensure sales narratives are consistent with the global story, but are adapted to be culturally relevant and supported by local data and insights
• Support any trade PR in conjunction with the Corp Comms team and the regional sales leads
• Work with key national and local trade organizations to partner and act as Company’s liaison
• Recap all activities and measurement KPIs, highlighting insights, success and return on investment
Who you are:
• You have a BA or an equivalent degree
• You have 3-4 years of experience in the digital media environment, in a similar B2B marketing role
• You know how to work both autonomously, as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally
• You have a basic understanding of the media landscape within the region
• You are a highly organized, focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize projects
• You have the ability to manage and adhere to a budget, as well as negotiate vendor rates
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbally
• Powerpoint and / or Keynote experience a plus
• You will be based in our NYC office
