We are looking for a New Account Review Fraud Analyst. An individual in this role will have responsibility for:
-Reviewing credit card application information to identify fraud and identity theft. -Contacting customers and fraud victims to determine legitimacy of application. -Securing account and cardholder information to prevent losses.

High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of clerical or related work experience
Good knowledge of merchant and credit card products
Well-developed ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions
Ability to work with unwritten but generally understood instructions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
