Manages the Residential mortgage business within an Area. Ensures consistent and quick execution of STI Area strategy within the LOB with responsibility for sales management, promoting cross Area sales and management and development of staff including Mtg Sales Managers and Mtg Loan Consultants.
Ensures continued production growth within the Area through effective recruiting and sales management using chosen LOB sales methodology. Identifies and advises Division Manager on Area business issues and opportunities. Partners with local STI Retail leaders to ensure successful execution of LOB strategies. May have P&L responsibility.

Coaching, developing and growing area sales team, while retaining and recruiting the retail sales team
Maximize capture of market opportunities, productivity, and financial performance
Thorough knowledge of the finance and mortgage industry, specifically Originations. Strong sales management skills, and proven success as manager of a sales team. Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
5 years management experience in a Mortgage Loan sales environment with $300Mto $500M annual production
Is registered and maintains active Company sponsored registration in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR) and has been assigned a unique identifier number in compliance with the federal S.A.F.E. act requirements.
