Complete ownership of product including strategy, execution and corresponding metrics
Correlate strategy with firm objectives
Collaborate with firm SMEs, including technology, operations, legal, risk and compliance
Define then execute on appropriate metrics
Define and persuade key stakeholders and ensure product adoption
Leverage existing research to help define roadmap
Establish Financial Advisor user feedback groups by developing strategic relationships with Financial Advisors focused on Emerging Market retirement accounts solutions
Develop testing framework to better understand usage of select product features
Partner closely with other product teams to define integrations of existing products and tools
Perform market, competitive and cost-benefit analysis to inform product design decisions
Create an a measurement and adoption plan to ensure all product decisions are based on data combined with user feedback

Domain knowledge of financial services products and regulations
7-10 years of product management experience
