Job Description:
Merrill Guided Client Management & Participant Services (MGCM & PS) provides holistic financial conversations and solutions for clients and prospects based on their individual financial situation and goals. The Performance Manager will primarily support the Merrill Guided Investing with Advisor (MGIA segment) within MGCM & PS. The teams are located in Hopewell, NJ, Chandler, AZ, Jacksonville, FL, Hunt Valley, MD and Rolling Meadows, IL..
The Performance Manager will run the day to day development and results of the Division's Team Leads and Associates. In addition to the following:
•In conjunction with the Division Manager, drive Performance and continuity across teams
•Drive associate productivity with a focus on activities, contacts, and effective conversations
•Collaborate with the Division Manager to focus on the risks of the business to identify, debate and elevate with the ability to remediate across the teams and business
•Ability to work with the Division Manager and key stakeholders to develop strategic direction and establish implementation plans for project execution
•Partner across business functions to build and strengthen integration points and drive responsible growth
•Ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines across all site locations
Key Responsibilities

•Conduct ongoing meetings with the team leads to identify areas of improvement
•Manage day to day activities and performance of team managers

•Ability to project manage large bodies of work spanning across the enterprise
•Manage remotely and across multiple centralized locations

•Supervisory licenses 9 & 10
•Experience with Merrill Guided Investing Products

Enterprise Job Description:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the various Merrill Edge lines of business and become a subject matter expert in the assigned segment. Responsible for the development and driving of initiatives, building strong partnerships, and working closely with the Merrill Edge Team Managers to monitor key performance indicators. Improve workforce effectiveness and productivity by applying talent analytics to resource planning, performance management, and talent retention. Identify, develop and implement solutions and strategies to improve the overall client experience and deepen client relationships within Merrill Edge. Demonstrate leadership needed to ensure Edge provides a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting all segment goals, ensuring risk mitigation through proper supervision and monitoring of policies and procedures. This position works closely with leadership and is accountable for the overall success of the business across sites. Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 (or equivalent).
