Position: Merchandise Coordinator, SiJCP
Location: San Francisco, CA

Your role at Company:
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be supporting the merchant team, playing a pivotal role managing multiple product assortments and tactical projects. Reporting to the Merchant, you will manage the new product set up, interface directly with brand partners, organize product comps and assist the team on the day-to-day needs of the business. In addition, you will:
Manage SKU Creation and Maintenance with brand partners
Assist department in assortment creation and maintenance in Company systems
Conduct weekly and Monthly Reports: sku, location, collection and subclass reporting and sending out requested Vendor monthly reports; must be able to do adhoc reporting upon request for merchant team
Handle monthly Vendor Damage and Tester recovery; tester allocation requests and Running tester reports
Manage store communication bulletin: merchandising highlights and new product announcements; hotline online – internal system for direct store communication
Oversee comp collection and organization: requesting comps from vendors, organizing comps, and owning them when requested from other departments
Handle brand meetings preparation: schedule meeting, prepare reports and agenda, order lunches
In-store brand updates: create sku’s, provide assortments, track artwork deadlines

We’re excited about you if you have:
1-3 years of relevant merchandising experience – retail experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred
Problem solving and analytical skills, strong numbers aptitude; keen attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment,
Flexible; team player with a good positive attitude
