POSITION:Merchandise Coordinator
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Non-exempt
LOCATION: Company Field Support Center (FSC) – San Francisco

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Merchandise Coordinator supports merchant team in the day-to-day running of the business. He/ she plays a pivotal role in managing multiple product assortments and the tactical projects associated with assortment maintenance. Other responsibilities include managing the new product setup; organization of product comps; coordinating product assets with cross functional teams; supporting the team with reporting and presentations; daily communication with vendors.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sku Creation and Maintenance with brand partners
• Assisting department in assortment creation and maintenance in Company systems
• Tester and sample allocation requests & Running tester and sample reports
• Store communication bulletin: Merchandising highlights and new product announcements
• Comp collection and organization: Requesting comps from vendors, organizing comps and owning them when requested from other departments.
• Validation of product information for printed collateral.
• Vendor Co-op collection
• RTV collection and execution
• Updating Price changes
REQUIREMENTS:
• BA, BS preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred
• Problem solving and analytical skills, strong numbers aptitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Prior retail experience helpful
• Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment, Flexible; team player
