Lead and coordinate NA and International Affiliate Engineering capital and expense project support from order placement through shipment; manage project costs; identify and implement process efficiencies.

Ensure NA and Global capital and expense project timelines and budgets are maintained or exceeded.
Incumbent reports to the Material Coordinator Manager. The incumbent is accountable for composing/processing complex requisitions as well as expediting all materials/services ordered for specific projects to meet or exceed project equipment installation schedules. The incumbent must have awareness of and adhere to Company CFI’s, Procurement Clear Guide and Engineering Standards. The incumbent may need to provide field support for coordination of project materials, disassembly and equipment packaging. The incumbent must have the ability to create export documentation and coordinate shipments from internal and external facilities while tracking and reporting project spend.
A bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years focused in logistics, manufacturing, distribution and/or customer service functions.
The incumbent possesses the following personal skills: integrity, organization, planning, thoroughness, initiative, judgment, analysis, flexibility, decision making, verbal and written communication as well as personal sensitivity.
A thorough knowledge of materials and associated lead times
A thorough understanding of MS Access Database and Excel
Manufacturing experience is desirable
Basic understanding of International Affiliate import/export requirements preferred

Exhibit strong knowledge of specific International Affiliate import requirements to foster efficient and accurate preparation of export documentation.
Lead weekly global shipping meetings for multi-functional groups with representation from NA and Global Affiliates.
Provide backup support to all on and off-site Material Coordinator team members.
Understand and ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures and ensure the application of established corporate controls within the department and maintenance of financial instructions and internal control policies.
