This role creates the foundation for the Inventory & Planning Management team, and the role they will play in supporting the new Company Distribution Center. Under the direction of the Director of Inventory & Planning Management Director, the Master Data Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to ensure that all master data is correctly created and maintained in SAP. This person will be the gatekeeper as to how master data controls daily SAP functions. This job requires interaction with the Inventory & Planning Management team, sales, marketing, logistics, engineering and sourcing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Material Master , including UPCs and ITFs creation
Create Purchasing Info Records (PIR's)
Create Source List
Create and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP to mirror Windchill Engineering
Create and maintain Routings in SAP as approved by Engineering and Assembly
Communicate to Accounting department the standard cost set up in SAP
Generate and Analyze master data reports
Assist Director of S&OP as needed
Create #107 receipts daily
Perform as the gatekeeper for all master data by asking all of the right questions to ensure that data flows through procurement, warehouse, sales, and accounting
Work safely and report work related incidents immediately
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, a bachelor's degree a plus.
3-5 years' experience with data management, customer master data inputs and pricing agreements highly desired.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems required.
Must have experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Some overtime required for work demands
