Description
Core Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Support product launches: o Create marketing deliverables: Features & Benefits, FAQs, Messaging & Positioning, Product Descriptions o Create web copy for new features o Develop a social media strategy for announcement (this may include: Facebook posts, Tweets, Instagram, etc.) o Gather metrics and build reports in order to share industry and customer trends with the team • Support execution of online marketing strategy: o Post to social media sites (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and explore new channels for reaching target community online. o Help coordinate online campaigns on third party sites o Play a role in deciding how we can best engage and grow our online community • Deliver local marketing events and activities: o Execute field marketing programs to acquire new M&E customers, retain existing customers, and win back non-transacting customers o Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing activities, events and campaigns o Ensure continuous optimization of marketing activities through review and improvement of content and tactics Who is a fit: • Someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A natural communicator. You should be able to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences. • Ability to work in team environment and successfully build collaborative relationships. • Experience in a high-tech profiled company is an asset. • Experience with the Film and/or Game industries is an asset. • A team player who works well individually and with others. • Excellent writing and editing skills. Nice-to-have • Experience with social media analytics • Experience using & analyzing quantitative and qualitative data in which you extracted meaning from datasets in support of marketing and growth efforts • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, viral marketing, conversion rate optimization)
