The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Marketing Collateral, Direct Mail and Email projects across multiple internal clients. This position requires a highly motivated professional with strong project management skills. Demonstration of superior organizational, prioritization and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing directions is essential.
Manage Marketing Collateral, Email and Direct Mail projects across multiple internal clients.
Work with Product Managers, Compliance, Creative agencies and print vendors to produce flawlessly executed campaigns.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and are consistent with overall portfolio management strategies.
Develop creative briefs, create timelines, review creative and present recommendations to clients.
Oversee print production.
Six or more years of experience in advertising or marketing industry.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (Marketing or Business Degree Preferred).
Ability to manage large and complex projects.
Attention to detail, strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to build strong working relationship with internal clients and external vendors.
Financial or related industry understanding is a plus.
