OPI GLOBAL MARKETING INTERN

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The mission of Company Professional Beauty North America is to reach and delight ALL hair & nail professionals and their clients with professional products and services wherever they seek beauty. Today, Company Professional Beauty NA is a $500M business with a goal to grow to double in 5 years. We will do this leveraging our award winning portfolio of brands to delight just one more salon, stylist and client every day.
We are looking for an Intern to support the Global OPI marketing team, delivering marketing & commercial programs that delight consumers and pros.
Conduct business, brand, and category analyses to understand sales trends, customer trends and all elements affecting the business to provide recommendations on how to improve business/brand performance
Collaborate with cross-functional team and brand team to help manage the initiatives
Support overall global pro team in meeting the deadline and in deployments.
THE Company IDEAL FIT
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline)
1+ year of experience
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Great oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint
Beauty industry experience
Specialized Skills Required:
Strategic- Big picture thinker with ability to drill down to the details,Planning, facilitation, , problem analysis/solving, decision making, solution oriented
Leadership and Personal- collaboration, initiative, flexibility and adaptability, communication,
