RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for execution of Beauty Trade Marketing plans and Retail Experience in local markets and Travel Retail across the Americas
• Support continuous Fragrance development and make-up expansion, at POS and 3rd party digital sites
• Coordinate schematics and Trade Marketing plans across the region: own process for review/approval, link with distributors and provide guidance, analyse and target areas of opportunity, balance beauty product franchises and key selling periods
• Coordinate Retail Experience: visual weeks implementation process, in-store events execution, link to digital, and at-counter programs. Link with Permanent POS teams to ensure best brand representation at POS with updated visuals and display elements
• Responsible for 3rd party digital development and execution by ensuring implementation of global digital toolkits, using best practices for site updates, brand pages, mall website exposure, and areas of opportunities in the beauty e-commerce space. Partner closely with distributors to ensure best-in-class execution
• Develop special programs for strategic high volume fragrance retailers
• Act as point person between external and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of all Marketing materials, and developing relationships through consistent communication
• Analyse sales results to ensure that resources are focused on achieving company objectives, and support internal reporting to key Management meetings through timely consolidation of relevant information
• Monitor competitive landscape and compile comprehensive recap of travel retail landscape and new beauty launches, along with opportunities identification
• Process and follow-through beauty Marketing order requests as needed (pre-series, mock-ups, and various needs for coop advertising and various Marketing purposes)
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 3+ years previous Marketing experience, including relevant experience in Beauty, preferably with luxury/prestige background
• Spanish language a plus
• International experience a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work and multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Keynote/PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Team Player
