The Marketing and Communication Division of Single-Family is seeking a Communications Senior to be part of the Single-Family Communications team. This role will be dedicated to the Affordable Lending Access to Credit line of business. This role falls into two categories:
Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:
Develop communications plans and tactics to help the business area meet goals and objectives.
Build compelling, benefit-focused communications that supports Company products and services, including financial and technical communications, promotional materials, videos, sales presentations and digital and social content.
Work with marketing strategists to create benefit- driven content to support marketing campaigns, web-based and live learning and events, and other initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop joint communications plan and tactics.
Work with marketing strategists to understand the business needs and the communication plan meets the business objectives.
Work with functional groups including, legal, SMEs, digital marketing and other partners to create and deliver communications in a timely and efficient manner.
Typically has a minimum 5 years of work experience in a business-to-business communication role.
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related subject area, or equivalent professional experience.
Robust marketing communication, promotional and technical writing skills and experience, proven by a solid professional communication portfolio of past business-to-business, multi-channel communication work that includes experience with digital, social, email, and direct mail communications.
Strong communication planning, project and client management skills.
Strong client focus, networking and relationship-building skills, augmented by diplomacy and negotiating skills.
Strong presentation and organization skills.
Ability to work quickly, be flexible and keep a cool head under pressure while delivering work under tight deadlines.
Creative, self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Keen attention to detail.
