Purpose of Position
The Vice President of SOLitude Lake Management reports to the SVP of Vector and Aquatic Business Management. This position will develop and execute on the operational delivery strategies to achieve the revenue growth and profitability expectations for SOLitude Lake Management.
Primary or Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic planning to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations under direction of the SVP of Vector and Aquatic Business Management
Forecast revenues and set goals yearly based upon past performance, marketplace analysis, industry research, and feedback from colleagues and customers.
Execute a successful structure to drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, customer retention/service quality, revenue growth and profitability.
Execute operational plans in such a way as to ensure a consistency of delivery, process and outcome across the business resulting in improved performance.
Be the change leader for the team and the business
Build national programs, SOPs and service lines that drive change to stay the industry leader in the aquatic and related opportunities.
Drive the integration of the SOLitude business into RentokilNA, while seeking ways to improve the performance of both businesses.
Continue a successful innovation program, developing new Lines of Business, new services and new processes to promote colleague engagement and business growth.
Responsible for the complete and successful integration of acquisitions into SOLitude and RNA standards, processes and systems
Responsible for talent acquisition and development of the leadership team, that delivers results and supports the overall mission of SOLitude and RNA, Ensure succession plans are in place for all key roles within the organization.
Prepare and present the monthly MPR to the SVP Vector and Aquatic Businesses; accountable for accurate and realistic forecasts
Function as a key member of the RNA Senior Leadership Team
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related area, BA or BS required; Master’s degree a plus.
7-10 years’ relevant work experience.
Experience managing a P and L is required.
Experience in branch based, route based business is expected.
Aquatic Industry experience preferred.
Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management.
The ability to lead and manage a staff along with multiple projects simultaneously is required.
