Company is looking for a legendary Market Partner. As a Market Partner, you would lead a group of Managing Partners and oversee all aspects of their stores. If you have a passion for Legendary Food and Legendary Service, apply to be a Market Partner at Company today!
•Partnering with their Region’s Managing Partners to recruit and hire Management candidates for his/her Market
•Executing Legendary Food and Service daily in his/her restaurants
•Conducting meetings, educational universities, trainings, and outings
•Conducting weekly conference calls
•Partnering with Managing Partners to develop annual sales and profit budgets
•Partnering with Real Estate Manager to find sites for new restaurant locations
•Partnering with Regional Marketing Director to build sales and relationships in their respective Market
•Partnering with Training Manager and Product Coach and MIT Training Center Managing Partner to teach Legendary Food and Legendary Service to each new employee and Manager
•Partnering with Managing Partners and Managers to develop Managers and Key Hourly staff on a consistent basis
•Overseeing all guest and employee relation issues for their Market
•Reviewing and approve all budgets, expense reports, and pre-opening expenses
•Maintaining Company’s culture and core values: Passion, Partnership, Integrity, and Fun… with Purpose
•Overseeing company contests such as, Line Dancing Competition, Real Bar, Meat Cutter Competition, etc.
