The Manager, Market Intelligence procures and analyzes very complex data on industry, market, customers and competitors to answer unstructured business problems and critical business initiatives for the USA Clinical Diagnostics sales and marketing organizations.
The analyst independently manages projects, implementing data analysis techniques to gather research and compile insights into a presentable, actionable work product.
Ability to navigate large volumes of information and synthesize to what's most important and actionable
Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with the Commercial Sales, HQ and Marketing organization.
Strong business and marketing acumen
Proven ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization
Strong ability to quantify strategy and support decisions with data
Evaluate/experiment with new analytical tools/technologies to generate additional marketing intelligence insights
Strong relationship building, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Manage external business partners/vendors and consultants
Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
· BS in the Sciences, Marketing or Business Analytics; MBA Preferred
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry with a strong working knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics business, markets, and processes, including Laboratory Diagnostics, Point of Care, &/or Molecular
