Position Summary:
TH Real Estate is seeking to add a Portfolio Manager to be the lead portfolio manager for a to-be-raised open-ended core mortgage fund. TH Real Estate is planning to raise a large open ended core debt fund that will invest in commercial mortgages and subordinate debt secured by all real estate property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, medical office, student housing, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing mortgage loan portfolios, transaction structuring, underwriting of both fixed rate and transitional floating rate loans, raising capital and institutional investor relationship experience.
Major Responsibilities:
• Set investment strategy and execute on the strategy. Participate in industry research in support of fund strategy.
• Ability to raise third party capital and interact with a broad set of institutional investors.
• Oversee transaction selection for the fund investments.
• Ability to oversee surveillance and asset management strategy as it pertains to fund investments.
Required Skills:
• Undergraduate degree and MBA or CFA
• Minimum fifteen years of commercial real estate experience.
• Proficient in Argus and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated team player with positive work ethic and comfort working in a fast paced, demanding environment.
