This job contributes to Company success by developing and driving strategic and operational plans for the Partner Network program, managing execution and measuring results. This role’s purpose is to integrate Partner Networks across the business, driving engagement and leadership support. Provides direct support and consultation to the Partner Network leadership teams across the organization and works cross-functionally with organizations including but not limited to PRO and Public Affairs. Models inclusive leadership behaviors that are grounded in Company Mission and Values.
As a manager, I&D partner networks you will:
Plan and manage work team processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company mission and values.
Sets vision, goals, and develops strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution and measuring results.
Develops strategic approach to Partner Networks program framework, services, and implementation recommendations that support the achievement of I&D goals and strategy.
Manage the development process of Partner Networks program components from initiation through completion, including research/benchmarking, management of scoping, scheduling, defining deliverables, review cycles, milestone and resource tracking, and reporting.
Work with the Partner Network leadership teams and broader cross-functional stakeholders to identify Partner Networks program and service requirements as part of an integrated PRO, I&D, and business strategy.
Partner with the Partner Network leadership teams and broader cross-functional stakeholders as a subject matter expert to integrate Partner Networks and I&D into existing and future programs and projects across the business.
Provide coaching, direction, consultation, and thought leadership on I&D with the Partner Network leadership teams.
Lead, implement, and maintains tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact and ROI of programs; develops reports on program effectiveness and makes recommendations for program enhancement and improvement.
Identify quality, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of service providers and vendors to support initiatives; updates service level agreements and monitors and guides vendor performance.
Champion Partner Networks by ensuring effective governance, support, budget allocation, advocacy, and a central I&D point of contact
Provides exceptional program management support. This will include keeping partners appropriately engaged and up-to-date, actively resolving project, design, or resource issues, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in related discipline
At least 6 years of life experience working closely with people from different backgrounds
Knowledge of inclusion and diversity practices in large scale corporate environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, implement plans, and work as effective change agent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills; able to effectively communicate with senior level business leaders and diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
Consultation, partnering, and influencing/negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build successful and effective relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization; promote ideas persuasively and shape opinion, win buy-in for initiatives and work through conflicts in order to ensure operational alignment and high-impact execution.
Working knowledge of U.S. EEO, AA, ADA, and all other applicable U.S. employment laws, policies, and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively within a complex business environment and effectively utilize available subject matter experts and cross-functional leaders.
Experience supervising the activities of external consultants and vendors.
Ability to build relationships with local, regional, and national I&D organizations and resources.
Understanding of ERG/BRG structure, governance, programming, and development.
Developing and managing multiple complex programs, projects, and processes 6 years
Progressive applicable experience with complex organizations with people of 6 years diverse functional and cultural backgrounds
Consulting and working with senior leaders in the design, development, and 4-6 years execution of I&D/ERG/BRG strategies and/or change management and initiatives
Facilitating groups and delivering presentations 4-6 years
