Manager, HUB & Distributor Services

As a Manager of HUB & Distributor Services on the US Business Unit team, you will be empowered. In this role, you will contribute to Takeda’s mission. A typical day will include:
Coordinate with Account Managers to implement data feeds from customers as defined in the specific service agreements. Shipment data to be loaded to the OnePath CRM System.
Work closely with Takeda IT and the CRM vendor to maintain and improve the shipment data module.
Primary contact with SPP Service Model Partners to maintain purchase orders and review and re-approve monthly invoices from various vendors.
Ensure vendor partners in compliance with standard operating procedures related to REMS, Adverse Events and Global Safety guidelines.
Monitor daily and trouble shoot and correct data issues
Review and monitor daily reports for issues/inaccuracies reports including but not limited to Copay reports, shipment reports, inventory reports, TAT reports, etc.
Lead contact with Specialty Pharmacy Partners for management of monthly invoices – including chargeback processing
Lead Contract for Co Pay program- managing/overseeing overrides, reporting and invoicing
Provide training and education on internal and external processes to key stakeholders
Serve as point of contact for vendor concerns and escalations
Attend meetings regularly with both internal and external partners
Escalates issues as necessary- including but not limited to research of issue via telephone, email, data points, etc.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of experience working with or in call center HUB operations, specialty pharmacy operations or infusion nurse services providers
Experience working with the distribution of pharmaceuticals
Experience managing vendor relationships
Project management skills.
Highly organized and team orientation
Excel experience preferred
Individual must possess extraordinary positive attitude, exceptional listening skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-directed and comfortable with broad and varied job responsibilities.
Self-starter. Ability and desire to take on new challenges.
Proven ability to collaborate with other commercial and medical functions
Reimbursement knowledge of rare orphan disease
20% domestic travel may be required
