Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to support NBC Entertainment on digital products including the NBC App on mobile, smart TV’s and connected TV devices
Drive viewership of NBC long and short form digital video content across NBC’s suite of managed apps as well as 3rd party distribution platforms
Grow user acquisition, video consumption, active users and lifetime value for NBC digital products
Use data driven analytics to optimize against goals and determine effectiveness
Work with distribution partners to increase downloads/installs, optimize for discovery and maximize video viewership
Develop marketing plans for additional NBC Digital products including show Apps and other digitally-lead initiatives
Work closely with Product, Design, UI/UX, Business Development and other NBC Digital teams to further initiatives
Coordinate with network Marketing, PR, Sales and other key internal groups within NBC Entertainment to maximize effectiveness and create efficiencies
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in online, digital or social media marketing
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work in Company City, CA
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have work authorization to work in the United States
Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s Degree from a top tiered undergraduate business or marketing program highly desired
Network, cable and/or TV experience highly desired
Experience in performance marketing with ability to illustrate clear success against goals
Knowledge in mobile (iOS and Android) App marketing including best practices and tools for marketing, messaging and measurement
Understanding of the digital video landscape including various content and distribution models (TVE, SVOD, etc.)
Experience working with key mobile and connected TV partners including Apple, Google, Roku, Microsoft and Amazon a plus
Data driven-thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies and make decisions
Ability to interface with colleagues from various disciplines including creative, technical and operations
Polished with excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills
Acute attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence
Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
