Responsible for developing and maintaining reporting dashboards in support of the IS Solutions team. Responsible for coordinating and directing the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of an autonomous computer systems and business applications. Prepares and reviews information systems budgets and business plans. Introduces new technologies and systems to support new and changing business requirements. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development, and meeting of, departmental budget.

1. Manage all dashboarding and data visualization tools (Requires experience with Tableau)
2. Develop and maintain KPI Dashboards for each IS Solutions team (Go To Market, Customer Treatment, etc)
3. Support various operational dashboards:
4. Offer Management dashboard (Number of offers built, number of defects)
5. Bill Run dashboard (Statements produced, statements validated, etc)
6. Support system performance dashboards for internal MIS tools (i.e. Atlas and ICSM)
7. Manage contractors/developers who are supporting the dashboards
Plans, develops, and implements a plan that ensures computer systems, technologies, and methodologies employed. Provides the Company with solid, effective, and efficient systems that are supportable.
Plans, monitors, and controls the department budget in order to support Company's information system needs and ensures that actual expenses are in accordance to department budget.
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with hardware, software, consulting, and employee resource vendors to ensure that the Company's systems are adequately supported and external influences on the Company's management information systems center
Develops, implements, and maintains a Disaster Recovery Plan that ensures the Company's information systems are protected.
Evaluates all major system modifications and development requests to determine potential benefits and impact on business and information system operations.
Maintains a safe, clean, and neat network and server operations environment.
Understands the needs of non-technical internal application users, and maintains strong support relationships with Managers, leads, and end-users community in all business areas.
Recruits, builds, and nurtures high performance team.
Ensures timely availability of information and data for business users.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
