The Manager Cloud Sales Account management is responsible for securing contracts in: Cloud Enterprise Managed Services, Hosting, Colocation, Daas, Cloud/Utility Computing, and Microsoft Dynamics from prospective customers.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Lead a team of a Cloud Account Managers to secure new business- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Owning recruiting, objective and quota setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Cloud Account Executives.
Establish and qualify pipeline, engaging appropriate resources to develop technical requirements and solutions.
Take leadership role in pricing, architectural, risk identification and management, and competitive assessment areas.
Ensure clean handoff from pre-sales to appropriate service delivery resources.
Work within NaviSite guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level, and legal terms with customers.
Comply with NaviSite’s standards and policies related to documentation, reporting, travel, and related administrative activities.
Conformance with Information Security Policy
Experience selling to large enterprises ($1B Sales+)
