Job Role and Responsibility:
As a market leader in the fast-growing SD-WAN space, we are seeking a talented individual to deliver on key business operations outputs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support business analytics reporting (bookings, install base, shipments, etc.) & Quarter end packages & Quarterly logo growth reporting
Record, develop & aggregate the “policies & process playbook” re: transacting on Velo & VMW paper, you will be the Velo SPOC/SME on policies (on record)
Work across x-functional teams to create, refine, or streamline business policies & processes
Partner with Finance to support all reporting needs to manage BU P&L, weekly, monthly & Quarterly
Monitor Salesforce, NetSuite, and SAP for data issues and drive to resolution
Support VeloCloud integration into VMW by connecting appropriate VeloCloud and VMW SME
Drive cross-functional discussions and projects to achieve business goals
8+ years in analytical and operational roles, with increasing level of responsibilities
Be a disruptive influence to improve existing business policies, processes and thinking
Act as a catalyst to disseminate information across cross-functional teams
Proactively identify gaps in processes and engage proper experts to close them
Preferred Technical Skills and Prior Experience
Strong experience in data analysis, business analytics, and developing Executive presentations
Proficient using advanced features of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong program and delivery management skills with ability to work cross functionally
Experience using NetSuite (or similar) and Salesforce (or similar)
Can-do attitude, results-oriented with an emphasis on meeting timelines
Multi-tasker that is not easily flustered while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal, written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven communication, leadership skills to influence and manage stakeholders
