As a Maintenance Technician (electrician, mechanic, multi-skilled technician) you perform the duties associated with the maintenance of facilities and equipment that support the production of Company Excavators.
All employees will be required to:
Perform entry to mid-level break-fix preventative maintenance. This includes but not limited to: adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments to sustain and improve operations repairing or replacing defective parts reconditioning or repairing machine tools.
Identify needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
Provide support and back up for other members of department as needed by leadership.
Be aware of Maintenance Industry Standards.
Assure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
Participate in CI activities - processes, results and cost savings.
May be required to setup and operate simple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform basic welding tasks.
Update records and review CMMS history.
Perform basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry.
Complete technical self-study programs for career development.
Follow all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions
Minimum seven years direct experience performing maintenance related work
Experience with lockout / tag out procedures
Experience with basic hand and power tools in an industrial setting
Experience with basic electrical and mechanical systems
Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift hours and be open and flexible to overtime
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience working in Company Victoria Facility
Associates degree, technical degree, or other specialized certifications
Experience working with Mitsubishi Machine Centers
Experience with Dakon Chiller systems
Experience with robotic systems including maintenance and programming capability
Experience with paint line maintenance
