Description
The Licensed Banker Sales and Service Development Manager provides consultation, educational tools, programs and sales tools to the frontline colleagues of Retail, Business Banking and Wealth Management to assist them in achievement of their sales goals and objectives.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective and creative sales & service support tools to help drive the success of Licensed Bankers
- Partnering with Development (Training) to enhance sales & service process behaviors to improve the customer experience and colleague productivity across the Consumer bank
- Working closely with Business Strategists, Consumer and Business Banking Communications team to support the development of concepts and content for sales & service support materials and reporting
- Participating on project teams for new systems or products related to the sales process and/or development of new programs, representing the customer experience and Licensed Banker colleague experience
- Providing support that helps make connections between marketing programs, Customer Experience Process (CEP), Branch Operating Routines and Service Standards
- Collaborating with partners to include Marketing , Retail Banking leadership, Branch Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting and other business lines
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years leadership experience in Retail Management, Wealth Management, Marketing and/or other support role experience in a financial services company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to influence
- Ability to think creatively while managing multiple priorities
- Project management experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- FINRA Series 6/7, 65/66, and Life and Health insurances preferred, or willingness to obtain
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
