Leave of Absence Benefit Administrator
Sr. Benefits Analyst will be responsible for administering Company’s time off programs and provide excellent customer service to employees and the HR team.

Partner with vendors and ensure delivery of performance standards
Feels comfortable with numbers and systems
A go-getter, can work independently and able to lead projects
Lead design, administration and implementation of the company’s time off programs such as disability, vacation, holiday, sick time, parental and personal leaves, state leaves, etc.
Participate in the RFP process for employee benefits vendors and partners; evaluate quotes and make recommendations.
Point of contact for time away programs. Provide exemplary experience to AMDers as they prepare for leave, during a leave and upon their return to work.
Responsible for benefit plan audits, work with external auditors and assist with the preparation and filing of the Form 5500.
Analyze plans to evaluate cost drivers and monitor financial metrics. Based on results, recommend changes to policies and programs to align benefit strategies with the company’s business model and to stay competitive in the market. Validate and process monthly vendor payments.
Act as a liaison with HRIS and Vendor Technical Teams to provide functional support for Benefits Renewal deliverables.
Work with benefits vendors to ensure they meet contract terms and service level agreements. Serve as a liaison to insurance carriers regarding claim problems, issues, and concerns.
Create and maintain overall benefits content on Corporate Intranet, HR shared folder, HR website including plan documents, benefit summaries, benefit policies
Ensure plan contracts, agreements, summary plan descriptions, and plan documents are current, accurate, and distributed appropriately throughout the year
Keep abreast of new and existing regulations and legislative changes to ensure employee benefits programs are administered appropriately.
Five or more years of hands-on experience in leave administration, design, and compliance, ideally in high tech.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements including but not limited to knowledge of ERISA, CFRA, ADA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, HIPAA, PFL
Working experience with Success Factors HR Module
Medical or leave administration background
A Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
CEBS and/or SPHR designation preferred
