The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, administration, maintenance, and support of various training and development programming. The Coordinator will work with moderate supervision and guidance, and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.

Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of internal meetings and presentations; gathers and prepares necessary materials and/or equipment.
Assures the planning and coordination of the executive’s calendar of events; schedules appointments and prepares detailed itineraries, complete with travel accommodations, etc.
Assures the maintenance of travel and expense account and records, including form preparation and figure reconciliation.
Assists professionals and leadership with assigned administrative functions including training registration, and managing room reservations.
Manages training database including all course offerings, registrations, and employee training records.
Distributes materials and correspondence to relevant team members.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience required
High School or Equivalent
Generally requires 2-5 years’ experience
