Provides leadership for Generations 8 ICU (MICU), Generations 8 Acute Care – Neuro Step Down, Observation Unit IR and Telestroke nurses. Plans and directs those responsible for daily operations. Leads, coordinates and executes plans to achieve corporate, hospital and unit goals.
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) in Nursing, Master’s degree must be obtained within 5 years of hire.
Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills.
Years of Experience:
Three to five (3-5) years’ progressive management experience in healthcare.
Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in patient care area.
State of Ohio current licensure to practice nursing.
Specialty Certifications as required, CPR, BLS
