Company is looking for a highly organized and savvy Coordinator to join the ever growing Platform Tech team! In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting 2-3 senior leaders in the Technology Org as well as organizing team events.
Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, with excellent communication skills, out-of-the box thinking, strong attention to detail, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You must have the ability to interact and manage up with staff (at all levels), sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Admin Support for 2-3 Leaders including scheduling, booking travel, expense reports, and other special projects.
Drive agendas and track action items s for weekly staff meetings
Owner of team operating system, including leadership meeting cadence, team offsites, and social events.
Partner with leaders to drive agendas and build effective content for All Hands
Partner with our Ground Control team on event coordination efforts to create meaningful moments for your teams including: dinners, happy hours, offsites, team building and recognition (celebrating team wins, Anniversaries, birthdays, etc.)
Organize our presence at large scale conferences, track spend, and prepare postmortem on effectiveness of the conference to present to leadership and track Support the team on a variety of global and local projects
Owner of team activity budget, answering any budget related questions and delivering quarterly updates to leadership and finance on what we’ve spent on events to date.
Maintain ongoing reports and databases, department websites and resources, global google calendar, department google groups, update and organize shared drives/files, organizational charts
Coordinate between your team and accounting, legal, graphic design, internal comms as needed.
Become embedded in the team to get a true pulse and feed those insights back to managers, to then execute on initiatives (offsite, recognition, etc) in partnership with Ground Control
Looks for ways to surprise and delight in day-to-day functions
2-4 years of relevant experience in event management or administrative professions
You are the ultimate Host! From process, to events, to meetings to day-to-day experiences. You are passionate about supporting others.
Fast learner with strong work ethic, professionalism, courtesy and strong interpersonal skills
Acute attention to detail and follow through as well as the ability to think ahead
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and have a sense of humor.
Eye for design - ability to create professional presentations and correspondences,
Strong computer and internet skills, including programs such as Google Docs, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote, Word
