Purpose of Job Role
The Knowledge Manager within “Management Of IPCC (Management of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration)” is responsible to execute the operational role of Knowledge Manager. MoIPCC Knowledge Manager shall assure that all stakeholders internal as well as external execute their knowledge management deliverables abiding by the KM process described.
Attend IPCC Knowledge Managers meeting as required
KM Operation units Review Meeting (within GIT scope)
KM Council Board
Tools & Resources
Service Management Platform
Business Analytic Module
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Passion to win / Pride in execution
Delivers to commitment
Qualifications and Experience
ITIL Foundation certified
Knowledge Centred Support Certification by Consortium (applicable version) is an added advantage
At least 4+ years of experience within business process work
Good understanding of other processes (Problem, Incident, Change and Configuration manager)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to function in an environment necessitating judgment calls in a short timeframe
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Drive and ’can-do’ attitude, pro activeness
Fluent in written and spoken English
Handling of a global environment- and culture
Excellent conflict and influential management skills
Effective meeting management, team management, and organizational skills
