In this dynamic Key Account Manager role, you will lead the sales efforts for the Dremel and RotoZip brands within your designated key account. You will be directly accountable for:
Developing and implementing customer sales strategies
Meeting sales targets by listing new innovations and promotions
Informing key stakeholders internally
Planning sales turnover, profit, and quantity, holding responsibility for the customer P&L
Executing line reviews, promotions and marketing campaigns that gain new product listings and achieve all sales targets
Acting as the liaison between field sales, agencies, and national accounts team to optimize the deployment of resources
Analyzing customer-specific metrics and market trends to accurately forecast monthly product demand and financial revenue

You are able to travel approximately 20% of the time, on a national level. This travel includes customer visits, trade shows, and regular trips to HQ in Mount Prospect, Illinois, to meet with peers and leadership.
The ability to effectively build and leverage both internal and external partnerships is critical; as such, you can effectively navigate in a complex, matrix environment. You have a naturally customer-driven orientation, with the ability to influence others. You are a trusted partner people choose to work with.
Your prior Key Account Sales experience, along with your strategic and analytical mindset, will be fostered in this role. As a Key Account Manager, you can expect to continuously develop your presentation skills and financial acumen.
Bachelors Degree is required, along with strong verbal and written communication techniques, as well as general computer skills, to include MS Office and proprietary databases.
