What you'll do
This functional role will oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements for Company’s extensive external certifications and attestations such as SOC, NIST, PCI, C5, etc. You will closely work with the team to tackle auditing, compliance, remediation and other issues, while using various audit tools and technology.
This position coordinates within Company and with others to support all aspects of enhancing the Audit Support process, including but not limited to the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of external audits, the development of audit dashboards as well as tracking and reporting of audit issues, to appropriate levels of management. You will also provide the operational support for the program through monitoring and analysis, and assessment activities in accordance with control objectives and activities. This includes:
- Support audit operations to assist Company’s global lines of business
- Support audit fieldwork with external auditors using appropriate auditing methods
- Develop skill and competency on latest Audit Guidelines/Standards, Cyber Security and Cloud Technologies
- Understand and support business strategy/objectives and influence decision making through appropriate internal control discussions
- Collaborate with others to promote the exchange of ideas and experience among stakeholders with responsibility for Audit Support
- Effectively support the innovation and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, controls and approaches
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields
- Experience of IT/Cloud Audit such as C5, SOX, SSAE 16 - SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI compliance, NIST, ISO 27001 is a plus
- Understanding of business functions and processes, IT processes, systems, general controls and emerging technologies including cloud computing, mobile computing, privacy and cybersecurity
- Strong and convincing personality for interaction with internal customers
- A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
- 1-3 years of related experience – ideally with big 4 or equivalent audit, consulting, or industry experience
- Good communications skills in English language, highly developed interpersonal skills and strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a diverse team. Good command of German language is preferred, but not a must
