Responsible for supporting the SharePoint platform and associated sites and applications. Troubleshoots and solves issues and assists in monitoring, measuring, and enhancing SharePoint. The role also works with SharePoint Designer I, II, Architect, Business Analysts, BRMs, Project Managers, Business Service Analysts, end user service teams and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies and applications.
As a condition of employment, individuals must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Company currently or in the future.
Provide second level application services support to internal business users. Document solutions in the Information Technology Service Management system to increase level ticket resolution. Perform basic application configuration and or scripting tasks such as workflow changes, document updates, and form layout modifications. Assist in researching and identifying sources of production issues and developing the appropriate root cause analysis documentation. Work closely with Business Service Analysts in managing day to day issues and identifying process improvement opportunities in order to maintain good relationships across multiple organizations. Assist with analyzing trends in application support tickets and execute problem management practices to eliminate recurring incidents. Serve as a project team member as needed. Maintain system documentation. Assists in the development and execution of test plans and document results as necessary.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration, computer science, or information science. (Required)
Bachelors Degree Specialty: Business administration, computer science, or information science. (Preferred)
2 or more years Financial services. (Preferred)
2 or more years Incident management processes and software support. (Required)
