The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts for some of the assigned regions dealerships. Duties will include web merchandising, online marketing, reputation management, traditional advertising and owner retention, all with respect to each store’s franchise and local brand identity. This individual will also be responsible for evaluating the competition, identifying market positioning, developing go-to-market business strategies and evaluating the success of those plans. Our LAD Team consists of marketing experts and consultants for our stores.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Area of Responsibility
Assist field-based, LAD Marketing Managers in the execution of store marketing plans.
Responsible for daily and weekly follow-up with store leaders to obtain information and approvals necessary to develop store communications per marketing plan.
Learn each of the various marketing disciplines: strategic tools, online marketing, social media, broadcast advertising, budgeting, creative development, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), owner communications and analytics.
Interact with LAD Project Managers and teams leading communications development in each discipline.

Experience with online and social marketing is desired.
Desire to understand / experience how the various facets of retail marketing come together in a cohesive, strategic plan.
Company Hiring Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
18 years or older
Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
