The Inside Sales Executive responds to inbound calls inquiring about commercial health plans, places outbound calls based on leads, and completes the sales of products and/or services. The Inside Sales Executive work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Inside Sales Executive arranges for field representative to visit prospect if sales are not closed. Responsible for managing the day-to-day selling and/or account management for Commercial Group Inside Sales/ Telesales. Accountable for achieving new sales and/or renewal goals for defined territory or book of accounts. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5 years of field or telesales experience
Strong relationship management and customer service skills required
Active Health & Life licenses OR ability to achieve Health and Life licenses within 30 days of start date
Experience working with Group Insurance Products
Healthcare industry experience
: Preferred Candidate should live within a commutable distance to Roswell GA office.
