Influencer Marketing Specialist
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist in our in-house creative agency, 96 Octane (Company website), you will be the point person for developing and maintaining direct relationships with top influencers (social/digital media stars, athletes, and artists) and integrating them into our marketing operation in the most impactful ways.
You will explore and cultivate influencer opportunities, negotiate contracts, concept and develop digital executions, and be a practiced content facilitator who can glean and distill relevant facts into impactful narratives and push creative boundaries.
You must understand content amplification options, including experience in generating content for successful paid promotion, and be proficient with KPI analytics to track and report on ongoing performance of influencer relationships, content, and campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business and 3 years' experience with digital marketing and/or customer service within the social or online space
In lieu of a degree, must have 5 years' work experience with digital marketing and/or customer service within the social or online space
2 years of successful experience in social media influencer marketing including each of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter
Digital analytics, testing/optimization background - demonstrates a thorough understanding of the digital space and continuously develops new skills in the rapidly changing trends/technologies
Project management experience in a professional setting, with a detail-oriented mindset
Expertise with digital/social media measurement tools and platforms
Ability to tie digital marketing to acquisition and retention efforts throughout the company
Understanding of social media including channel functionality, limitations and offerings
Experience in managing content for a large and complex brand on social media
Experience with digital/social media measurement tools and platforms
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Apple KeyNote, and Google Analytics
Effective problem solver with strong understanding of Company business, products and services
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines often change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
