The Customer Sales Representative (PreSell) sells Schwan's products to retail stores in assigned regions at the store level and performs various in-store activities to ultimately drive incremental sales. The incumbent is further responsible for delivering against designated revenue/volume targets and driving superior in-store execution.
Sells company products based on store plan-o-grams and achieves national customer standards on in-store execution.
Maximizes in-store opportunities through incremental sales activity and increases product display space in retail stores.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with store level personnel. Effectively handles and resolves any customer complaints.
Collaborates with assigned customers during upcoming promotions and utilizes opportunities at the POS to stimulate sales.
Records preorder sales for delivery and ensures national customer standards on deliveries.
Stocks and maintains products on store shelves.
Maintains product displays monitors product codes and ensures retail price tags are properly displayed.
Achieves annual KPI metrics for the DSD Retail Sales organization.
Maintains compliance with Company safety regulations policies and procedures- including reporting and record keeping.
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
