The Incentive Administration Analyst (Part-Time) is responsible for system changes for onboarding and off-boarding Company Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Cast Members, contract/revenue split processing, licensing tracking and auditing, and DVC Sales monthly/quarterly/annual incentive and recognition programs.
Manage and research contract splits to ensure appropriate revenue distribution between channels and Sales Cast Members
Develop, implement and fulfill on sales award incentives to motivate Sales Cast to achieve financial expectations
Conduct analysis on sales award incentives to determine impact on business results and cast incentive payments
Partner with team to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing communication from internal team mailbox
Collaborate with Training, Recruitment, Sales, and Technology partners to ensure all Sales Cast Members have the required system access
Demonstrated acute attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of Tableau
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
