Job TitleImplementation Advisor
What does a great Implementation Advisor do?
Provides excellent customer service. Serves as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients to affect a seamless implementation. Effectively communicates with clients and Company Team Members in a timely and clear fashion. Plans and schedules implementation timelines and breakthroughs using appropriate tools; tracks achievements and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Establishes and maintains positive client working relationships. Attends client and employee meetings to gather information. Provides support and training to new clients and existing clients for reporting and products. Represents the Company National Account Implementation team effectively; builds trust and credibility and promotes transparency.
As an Implementation Advisor, you can look forward to:
Managing client implementations, projects and conversions for large/technical custom implementations.
Responsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, projects or component phases of larger programs.
Develop, coordinate, and executes project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Interface with other departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
Interprets and communicates Company services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
At times will be responsible for gathering client requirements for software development that will support the client implementation, project or conversion.
Provides client consultative input on our product and system features.
Lead and coordinate multi-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of an implementation, conversion or projects, from initiation to closure.
Ensures project delivery processes and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving project schedule, risk/issue management, and scope change management.
Works on highly complex projects and tasks.

Required qualifications for consideration:
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal management/mentorship.
Strong client facing experience with internal/external clients and partners
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to details
Experience with MS Office suite
Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as a needed basis
Travel up to 5%
Knowledge of Product and Platforms
